EKing T9 based on the dual system

EKing T9 from Shenzhen Guangxuntong Communication Technology is called the thinnest tablet PC with the X86 architecture.

Configurations: Z670 processor, 1.5GHz, 2GDDR memory, 9.7-inch IPS capacitive screen, front facing camera, rear facing camera, Android and Win7 dual system.

The conceptual graph

It is not convincing that  EKing T9 supports these softwares.

I couldn’t understand how to get the ratio?
