Rockchips is a chip company in China, as early as the era of MP3/MP4, it has had a good reputation. Now, RK2818 chip from Rockchips came out, RK2818 is a main control chip. We shall now come to know a Tablet PC equipped with a RK2818 chip internal structure.

The upcoming Tablet PC, from Shenzhen Moonse, its back has iRobot’s LOGO, which is an 8-inch imitation of Apple iPad, equipped with 8-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 800×600. Standard is a 2GB memory and 256M DDR RAM, the maximum support to the 32G FLASH card and 1GB DDR RAM. Machine’s size is 210x160x14mm and built-in battery is 4500mAh.

The metal shell similar to the iPad’s, hold in your hand like a small iPad. A black area at the top, here is the WIFI signal receiving and transmitting place.

30PIN interface in the middle, it can connect AV terminal, the function same as iPad.

We can not see the chip on the motherboard, because there is a metal shield. Anti-interference

Remove the shield, you can see there are two chips, Samsung’s 2GB FLASH chip on the left, the right is the 128M RAM chip, another one on the back, add up to 256M. Single memory chip can support up to 512M, the maximum will be able to support 1GB.

RK2818 main chip in the middle and it run and process data. In fact, there is a WIFI chip, hidden in the left side of the metal shield, we can not see.
